I am now only accepting new & established patients who reside in Connecticut. I will continue to provide online wellness/nutritioinal and herbal consultaions for those who live outside of Connecticut on the Restorative Formulations consultation visit choice. Those individuals who choose a wellness consultation must use there own licensed health care provider, for diagnosis and treatment of there specific health conditions.
I offer virtual appointments through Zoom or telephone calls and am offering home visits.
My practice is cash only. I do not accept insurance.
